Dear all,
Today (17.5.) I had a meeting with Prof. Chepujnoska as main contact person at UKIM.
We discussed all relevant issues and for now I can inform you the following:
a) all workshops will take place at Rectorate;
b) all guests will be accommodate at the University apartments. Please send
me names ad dates for accommodations and I will inform you about places and
connections from and to airport.
c) on QA workshop will be invited presidents of the self-evaluation
committees from faculties which sensed reports in English. Thursday morning
Fried and me will have meeting with UKIM working group 1.
d) on procurement workshop will participate members of WG 2 and 10 to 15
people who will cover different issues of content of workshop.
d) on mobility workshop will participate representatives form faculties and
institutes which is interested of exchange program in field of European
integration and ecology. If Schramke have suggestions for expand this two
areas, please inform me.
During Monday, May 19 I will collect all names and other relevant
information's and sent to all of you.
