Shortcut
 
A shortcut is a kind of link to a fact. They allow users to organize facts (content-items) on the platform. Shortcuts only exist in the service "Structure". There you can build a tree structure by creating shortcuts and grouping them in folders. Shortcuts can be created and deleted as often as you want. The original fact will not be affected by this. Subsequently, one single fact can be displayed in several different folders. Changes of a fact will be visible at all shortcut positions.

An arrow next to the symbol identifies a shortcut:

If you create a fact in the structure, a shortcut will be generated automatically. There are two different ways to create additional shortcuts:
