Es wird ein Meetingprotokoll von einem Projektmeeting erstellt. Im dem Meeting wurde ein Kernthema besprochen, es wurden weitreichende Entscheidungen getroffen. Man wird das Protokoll mehrfach ablegen wollen: beispielsweise unter "Schriftstücke - Protokolle" und möglicherweise unter "Wien" - als Veranstaltungsort. Legt man im Ordner Schriftstücke - Protokolle das Meetingsprotokoll ab, hat man automatisch einen zweiten Ordner (in dem Fall Wien für den Standort) auszuwählen. Die Ordner werden automatisch mit dem fact (dem Meetingprotokoll) verknüpft und steht auf beiden Ordnern zur Verfügung. Es geht keine Information verloren.
